Meet & Greets

Meet-and-greet packages include characters stationed at your event for photos and interactions with your guests.

All events have a $1,000 Event Minimum and must include at least two characters.

Characters are $175/character per hour

Additional Notes:

Light games & activities included upon request
Due to performer safety and the physical demands of mascot costumes, these characters will operate on a 30-minute on, 30-minute off schedule.
All events over two hours will have included 10 minute breaks for all characters

Experiences

Experience performers include any character or event-themed staff roaming throughout your event and engaging with guests or additional performance elements that require our performers to have specialized training.

All events have a $1,000 Minimum.

Services are $200/performer per hour

Additional Notes:

Strolling serving skirts incur an additional $300/skirt set up fee
Serving skirts do not include glasses or champagne
Additional themes may be requested. Cost may vary by theme.
Characters that require specialized training may be billed at experience rates.

Specialized event packages are designed for high-capacity venues, ticketed experiences, and interactive workshops. From grand-scale galas to hands-on creative sessions, we provide the talent, equipment, and production management to anchor your event.

Specialized Event Offerings:

Character Balls & Shows: Structured stage moments, choreographed performances, and grand-scale interactions.
Character Dining: Immersive table-side engagement and theatrical meal-time magic.
Residencies & Seasonal Activations: Comprehensive, multi-week entertainment solutions for farms, zoos, and major attractions.
Build-A-Friend Experience: A premium, interactive plush-stuffing workshop where guests create their own magical companion to take home.
Professional Sound Solutions: High-fidelity audio support for music, announcements, and live theatrical performances.

Pricing & Requirements:

Event Minimum: All specialized productions require a $2,500 minimum booking.
Build-A-Friend Experience: $45 per guest. (Includes dedicated cast member, plush, stuffing experience, and birth certificate). Available as a prepaid package or on-site retail.
Production Fee: A variable fee may apply for professional sound systems, specialized prop kits, or custom script development.
“On Deck” Rate: A 50% rate applies for periods where performers are required to be on-site but are not actively performing (e.g., session turnovers or staggered scheduling).

Volume & Partnership Discounts:

Residency Rates: Specialized pricing is available for multi-week seasonal contracts.
Premier Client Rates: Exclusive rates are available for partners with an annual booking volume of $75,000+.
